This is a vintage High Heel by Dellene Peralta. One of the only female glass artists in "Degenerate Art".  It's definitley worth owning a piece of Dellene's art!  Plus how awesome is it to smoke out of something so pretty and demure?  The wig wag detail on the toe is a nice little accent.  When you turn the pipe upside down you discover the bowl that's in the heel.  Good size bowl, top portion of your pinky finger fits inside.  Star detail on the back.  Carb hole behind the toe of the shoe so this works for rightys or leftys.
